Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including performance, content, design, and analytics to drive cohesive campaigns. Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels across channels like Google Ads, Meta, marketplaces, and affiliates. Align marketing efforts with business goalsthrough data-driven strategies, well-defined KPIs, and actionable reporting. Collaboratewith product, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging and campaign execution. Foster a high-performance team culturefocused on accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Explore and implement new digital channels, tools, and trends to drive innovation and growth. Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and support business scalability.Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
