Build & Scale : Own our presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) end-to-end — listings, visibility, ratings, growth. P&L Ownership : Drive revenue, margins, and contribution — run this channel like your own startup. Platform Relationships : Be our face for all e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms — unlock visibility, campaigns, and merchandising support. Launches & Promos : Craft GTM plans for new SKUs and categories — work with brand, design & supply chain teams to bring them to life. Analytics & Ops : Monitor platform metrics, returns, SLAs, availability — act fast, troubleshoot faster. Cross-functional Hero : Collaborate across Growth, Ops, Tech, and Content to drive outcomes, not just plans.What we're looking for? 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce / online retail growth / brand management. Strong understanding of online platforms and GTM strategies. An analytical mindset with hustle in the bones and an obsession with execution.
