This dual-function role includes supporting inside sales activities, overseeing customer and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, assist in preparing quotations and sales documentation, and ensure smooth inventory and logistics handling—contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Main Responsibilities:Inside Sales & Customer Support Handle customer service tasks via phone, email, and written correspondence Prepare and follow up on quotations based on pricing lists or in collaboration with sales managers Respond to customer inquiries, specifications, and questionnaires Organize and coordinate the dispatch of sample shipments in alignment with warehouse in Germany. Maintain accurate records and timely filing of customer correspondence Process and follow up on customer complaints in coordination with the sales team Assist with sales-related market development activitiesSales Manager Support Support the preparation and follow-up for internal and external auditsMarketing Support Monitor and forward relevant market data and industry updates to sales managers Compile customer and market statistics using internal systems Assist with market analysis and sales reportingWarehouse & Inventory Coordination with MEGGLE Germany Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and dispatch Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders for shipping and delivery Maintain up-to-date records for warehouse transactions and stock accuracyProfessional & Personal RequirementsA. Education & Experience: Minimum: Bachelor's degree (, BBA, equivalent) Preferred: MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing for mid-level roles Relevant experience in sales support and warehouse/logistics operations Preference to candidate* who work in pharmaceutical excipient industries B. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP/CRM systems Strong documentation and administrative skills Good command of English (written and spoken) C.
