We’re looking for two talented visual thinkers — one in Mumbai, one in Delhi — with a strong foundation in art and design and a deep understanding of advertising principles. The ideal candidate lives and breathes visual storytelling, has an eye for aesthetic detail, and can translate ideas into high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. If you also dabble in motion design, that’s a strong bonus.Key Responsibilities Visual Conceptualization Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop original, insight-driven visual concepts and campaign ideas. Design Craftsmanship Execute high-quality visuals for digital, social, print, OOH, and more — with a strong command of layout, typography, and color. Creative Ownership Lead the visualization process end-to-end — from initial moodboards to final designs — ensuring creative excellence at every stage. Shoot & Production Oversight Supervise shoots and post-production processes, maintaining strong art direction and visual consistency throughout. On-Set Art Direction Direct visual execution on set, working closely with photographers, stylists, and production crews to bring your creative vision to life. (Bonus) Motion Design If experienced, use After Effects (or similar tools) to create motion-based content like reels, animations, or explainer assets. Trend Awareness Stay updated on visual, cultural, and advertising trends to keep ideas sharp, relevant, and future-ready.Requirements 2–5 yearsof hands-on experience in a creative/advertising agency. Asolid portfolioshowcasing strong art direction, conceptual depth, and campaign design across multiple formats. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Prior experience in: Illustration or custom typography Shoot supervision and art direction Branding and campaign identity work Bonus : Working knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects. Ability towork independently , own the design process, and manage timelines and stakeholders efficiently.
