This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to impactful learning interventions for teams working closely with the agricultural community.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and organizing training modules tailored for agri-based rolesCoordinate learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs across verticalsSupport the Learning Management System (LMS) in content uploading and user trackingHelp analyze training effectiveness through surveys and performance metricsMaintain documentation, learning calendars, and reporting dashboardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and training partners for seamless deliveryPreferred BackgroundPursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, Agri-Business Management, or related fieldStrong interest in people development and agri-sector workforce upskillingEducational background in agriculture or allied sciences is highly preferredStrong communication, coordination, and MS Office skillsSelf-starter with an eagerness to learn and contributeContent Creation experience on Canva, Video editing tools etc will be a plusWhat You’ll GainExposure to L&D practices in a high-growth AgriTech startupExperience in driving learning solutions aligned with rural and agri-focused teamsMentorship from experienced HR professionalsCertificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)
