Work Location: Bandra West, Mumbai.Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing export bookings with air and ocean carriers and coordinating with various stakeholders across the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end export booking process with carriers, ensuring accurate and timely space reservations.Coordinate effectively with shippers, consignees, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.Maintain professional and prompt communication through email and phone with all stakeholders involved in the export process.Ensure all export documentation and shipping instructions are accurate and in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.Provide timely updates to customers on booking status, shipment tracking, and any exceptions or delays.Resolve customer queries and issues related to export shipments in a timely and professional manner.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and agents to support repeat business and service excellence.Keep records of customer interactions and shipments, and ensure accurate data entry in the system.Key Requirements:The candidate must have 3 to 4 years of experience in air export freight and Ocean export freight operations within the freight forwarding industry.Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a track record of securing cost-effective air freight solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with carriers, agents, consignees and shippers .
