We’re looking for a Solar Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth, generating leads, and building strong client relationships in the rapidly growing solar sector.Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute high-impact solar sales strategies ✅ Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets ✅ Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships ✅ Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms ✅ Conduct site assessments and deliver custom solar proposals ✅ Manage the complete sales lifecycle: Follow-up → Negotiate → Close ✅ Collaborate with technical and installation teams ✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities ✅ Deliver accurate reports and sales forecasts to managementRequirements: ✔ Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales ✔ Leadership and team management expertise ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills ✔ Ability to understand and present technical solutions ✔ Knowledge of solar systems, products, and market trends ✔ Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Bonus if you have: ➕ MBA in Sales/Marketing ➕ Certifications in solar energy ➕ Experience across residential, commercial, or industrial segmentsKPIs That Define Success: Sales targets met (monthly/quarterly) Lead-to-sale conversion ratio Customer satisfaction & retention Market expansion and new client acquisitions Sales team productivityInterested?
