Infor JD:We are seeking an experienced Infor Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules to support a strategic client engagement. The consultant will play a critical role in providing application managed services for Infor systems during a two-year support period, leading up to a planned migration to Workday. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of Infor applications, business processes, and the ability to work closely with both technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will also contribute to discovery sessions, providing valuable advisory support to ensure seamless application support and transition readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end application support for Infor HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules.Participate in discovery sessions to understand the current application landscape and business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Workday migration specialists, to ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain documentation related to application support and processes.Provide advisory support and recommendations to optimize Infor application usage.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a techno-functional consultant on Infor HR (including Payroll) and Finance modules.Strong understanding of Infor application architecture, workflows, and integrations.Experience supporting Infor applications in a managed services or client-facing environment.Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Prior exposure to Workday or experience in migration projects is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Experience 4+ YearsINTERSTED CANDIDATES CAN MAIL THEIR CV AT simmi@ or call at 8467054123
