Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive digital growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in voice and branding across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)Monitor social media accounts for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the design team for visual content (images, videos, stories, reels)Track and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for content and engagementSupport paid social media campaigns and track ROI under supervisionAssist in developing monthly social media calendars and content plansMaintain brand consistency across channels and ensure messaging aligns with marketing goalsStay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketingFamiliarity with social media platforms and analytics toolsBasic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trendsAbility to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)Basic video editing skills
