We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to oversee and manage the implementation of high-end interior finishes across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction management, and project leadership. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans for high-end interior finishes, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee the execution of projects to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Vendor and Supplier Management:Identify and engage with reputable vendors, contractors, and suppliers for interior finishes.Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor performance to ensure delivery of high-quality materials and services.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead a team of designers, contractors, and project managers, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence in execution.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of craftsmanship and finishes.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior finishes.Budget and Cost Management:Develop and manage budgets for interior finish projects, monitoring expenses and controlling costs effectively.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design integrity.Client and Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding interior finishes.Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges in a clear and timely manner.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience 20 years in managing high-end interior finish projects within the real estate or construction industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior finishes.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.Experience working with luxury real estate developers or high-profile clients.Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
