Job Description

Job Purpose:To support the HR team in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to overall employee satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Time Office Management: Maintain accurate employee attendance records. - Ensure record of attendance and prepare the payrollfor timely disbursement of salaries. - Handle employee leaves, attendance, and overtime calculations. - Documentation: Maintain employee files, including personal information, employment contracts. - Prepare and update employee documentation as needed. - Labor Welfare: Assist in implementing employee welfare programs and initiatives. - Address employee grievances and concerns. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - General HR Tasks: Support recruitment and onboarding processes. - Assist in conducting training programs and workshops. - Provide administrative support to HR team members.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.
