Reseller Partnerships : Authorized reseller of global technology brands such as HelloGeo, FLIR, MicaSense, ESRI.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientedSales Managerto lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology sales and a deep understanding of consultative selling strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base. Lead the sales team, set performance goals, and ensure consistent performance monitoring and coaching. Identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management. Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
