Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: The Deputy Manager/Manager (Recruitment Delivery Manager) is responsible for both managing a team of recruiters and contributing individually to the recruitment delivery function. This role encompasses the complete ownership of the recruitment process - from understanding the client requirement to candidate onboarding and engagement through the guarantee period.As anindividual contributor , the manager will independently handle key roles or projects, take on niche or complex mandates, and work directly with clients to fulfill urgent or senior-level hiring needs. This ensures that they remain hands-on and actively contribute to revenue while leading by example.This position reports to the senior leadership team and contributes to the long-term goals of Domnic Lewis.General Responsibilities (Team Management) Improve the revenue performance of the team by guiding them on productivity and efficiency. Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance the team’s working environment. Mentor each team member for continuous growth - both professionally and personally. Act as the first point of contact for team escalations or operational challenges. Set performance expectations for new joiners from Day 1. Evaluate and implement new sourcing tools and methods. Coordinate with internal hiring for replacements in case of attrition. May anchor client relationships to support end-to-end delivery.Key Responsibilities (Team Management) Guide recruiters on sourcing and pipeline development strategies. Ensure team members adopt best practices in sourcing and screening quality candidates. Conduct quality checks on profiles before submission to clients. Lead regular performance reviews based on key metrics: Calls made Profiles submitted Offers released and joinings (Revenue data) Own and drive each team member’s revenue portfolio, ensuring achievement of set targets.Individual Contributor Responsibilities Personally manage a select portfolio of critical or senior-level hiring mandates. Deliver high-quality closures independently, especially for priority or complex roles. Maintain direct client communication and ensure delivery on urgent assignments. Act as a role model by consistently generating revenue and closing mandates hands-on. Contribute to team revenue directly by owning and closing individual positions monthly. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, talent availability, and sourcing innovations to bring value to personal and team hiring efforts.
