Refresh and evolve the global delivery model to drive agility and efficiency. Lead the restructuring of delivery and support teams to align with strategic business needs. Implement and manage a comprehensive governance model over a $40M+ book of business-primarily in North America—to proactively reduce escalations and enhance stakeholder trust. Assess, refresh, and elevate our talent base. Develop and lead initiatives to create a high-performing, accountable, and empowered delivery organization. Own and drive gross margin (GM) performance aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AoP), ensuring operational levers are optimized for profitability. A strong track record of working with U.S.-based enterprise clients—understanding their expectations, communication styles, and operational nuances. Hands-on experience managing a delivery portfolio of $50M+, with direct accountability for outcomes across multiple complex programs and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams across geographies, with a strong focus on talent development and performance culture. Prior experience managing delivery teams in North America, with the leadership presence and cultural intelligence to influence and align U.S.-based teams. Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage CIOs and CTOs in North America, and our teams in 4 countries High degree of client empathy and relationship orientation; capable of forging strategic partnerships and handling executive-level conversations with credibility. Graduate from a premier institution (such as IIT, BITS, IIM or equivalent).
