Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. - Define clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress effectively. - Create a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic posting. 2. Content Creation & Curation - Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. - Source and curate relevant external content to share with the audience, enhancing value and engagement. 3. Community Management & Engagement - Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages. - Respond promptly to inquiries, engage actively with followers, and foster a positive, inclusive online community. - Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand reach and drive engagement. 4. Social Media Monitoring & Analysis - Track key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and website traffic driven by social media efforts. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, understand audience behavior, and optimize strategies for better results. - Create comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment. - Share social media insights and performance updates with key stakeholders to inform broader decision-making. - Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to keep strategies innovative and effective.About You The role involves developing, implementing, and managing an organization's social media strategy to boost brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive business growth.
