The ideal candidate will have experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and VMS/MSP programs.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing space through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSP/VMS providers. - Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions. - Coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality profiles and ensure timely closures. - Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. - Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM tools.Required Skills:- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development - Strong client database and proven record of client acquisition - Familiarity with C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision-Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing RPO ServicesLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 5+ Years in RPO/Staffing Business Development (US Market)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our US Staffing RPO services sales.
