Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategicChannel Account Managerto manage and grow our partner ecosystem within theinsurance technology (Insurtech)domain. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with channel partners (ensure relationship—including resellers, system integrators, and technology consultants—to drive revenue growth and expand our reach in the insurance sector.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic channel partner program to drive sales of our insurance IT solutions (e.g., policy admin, claims management, underwriting platforms, etc.). Identify, and onboard new insurance partner that align with our solutions and target markets (P&C, life, health insurance sectors). Cultivate deep, productive relationships with existing customers and act as their main point of contact for support, enablement, and co-selling activities. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure existing customer can effectively sell and support our offerings. Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics, creating detailed business reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with all customer agreements, pricing models etc.Requirements: MBA degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA mandatory from reputed college.) 3.5–8 years’ experience in Business development or alternate channels of Insurtech’s with top 10 insurers in GI, LI. Manage Insurer relationships- Liasson with insurance companies across India and ME for designing products for our channels businessExperience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in theinsurance technology or enterprise softwarespace. Strong understanding of insurance IT ecosystems, including core systems (policy, claims, billing), digital transformation tools, or analytics platforms. Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner networks with measurable revenue impact. Familiarity with key players in the insurance consulting and systems integration landscape. Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce, PRM platforms). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as required (up to 40%).Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, or MGAs through indirect channels. Understanding of data security, compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and regulatory requirements relevant to the insurance industry. Background in co-marketing and channel incentive program development.
