Looking for people who are proficient in Kannada.About the RoleAssistant Executive Graphics Designer (Kannada)Responsibilities- Offline Graphics Designer - Proactive in initiating ideas and presenting concepts. - Willing to work overtime/ weekends, and extra hours. - Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment. - Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. - Adapting and optimising motion graphics for different screen sizes/platforms, and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices. - Ability to take brand books, style guides, storyboards, scripts, and translate them into impactful motion graphics. - Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations, as well as align to business goals. - Research new market trends and technologies in software/plugins / GEN AI / Virtual set. - Creativity to ensure the quality of the graphic is good and deliver within the deadline. - Keeping up with the market trend. - Attention to detail through the stages of project. - Offering Innovation and new ideas to stakeholders. - Introducing smart workflows.Qualifications- Education: Diploma or Graduate (preferred Art, Broadcast Media or Digital Art) - Experience: 10 years or above of experience in broadcasting, especially Motion Graphics.Required Skills- Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Gen AI / AI Creative Solution, 3D Software, Animation, and virtual sets to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects. - Eye for details - in Animation and Design principles - Interpersonal Communication - Time / Project Management - Ready to learn the new trend of designs and software. - Able to work on multiple projectsPreferred Skills- Creativity and innovation in graphic design. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.Pay range and compensation packageNot specified in the job description.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.```
