Job Title:Legal Head with (9 years old company In VC)Maximumbudget is 40 LPA OnlyLocation:Hauz Khas Reporting To:Director Department:Legal & Compliance Employment Type:Full-timeNon Negotiable skills :- Preparing Term sheets Review and comments on SHA & SSHA Working knowledge on SPA’s Framing of CP/CS points Handling Legal due diligences Have worked on exits from companiesJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedLegal Headto lead our legal function and oversee all internal and in-house legal and regulatory affairs of the organization.Key Responsibilities: Legal Documentation & Transactions Draft, review, and negotiate Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and Term Sheets. Conduct and manage legal Due Diligence (DD) for investments, acquisitions, and partnerships. Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, and investment laws. Contract & Agreement Management Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents. Ensure all contracts protect company interests and comply with applicable legal standards. Fund Management Provide legal support and oversight in managing funds, including investor relations, structuring, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with financial and investment teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Management Act as a key advisor to the leadership team and board on legal risks, rights, and responsibilities. Maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders. Risk Mitigation & Compliance Identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks impacting the organization. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing legal team aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Mentor and guide junior legal professionals, fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and performance. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred. 6+ years of progressive legal experience, with substantial experience in corporate law, M&A, venture funding, and compliance. Proven track record in leading legal functions in high-growth, complex environments
