Industry Exposure:Must be from heavy industries like Iron & Steel, Metals, Power, Engineering, Cement, Glass, or Chemicals.Mandatory Expertise: Contract Management (AMCs, Utility & Plant Material Handling Services, EPC) Project Procurement (Capex, Equipment, Heavy Machinery) Strong understanding of technical specifications & tendering process.Industry Experience: Fromheavy industriessuch asIron & Steel, Power, Cement, Glass, Chemical , orMetals & Mining .Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and commercial acumen ERP systems proficiency (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) Vendor management and sourcing expertise Project coordination and contract finalization capabilities Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of relevant statutory and safety compliance standards
