Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to oversee the smooth implementation of all programs at SOCH (). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our programs are delivered effectively and efficiently, making a positive impact in the lives of children and communities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and implement programs to achieve organizational goals- Lead and supervise program teams to ensure effective program delivery- Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and budgets- Monitor and evaluate program progress and outcomes- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Juvenile Justice Act- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and communities- Develop and submit reports to donors, stakeholders, and management- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvementEligibility Criteria:- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Child Development, Education)- Minimum 5 years of team management experience- Excellent communication skills in Odia and English- Proven experience working with children (minimum 3 years)- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to children, including the Juvenile Justice Act- Experience managing projects in non-profit organizations- Down-to-earth approach and comfort interacting with poor communities- Excellent report writing skills- Proficiency in digital platforms, including Google Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Slides, and DocsWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary package- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team- Chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and communitiesHow to Apply:- If you are a driven and passionate individual with a commitment to creating positive change, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to hr@.
