Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships. * Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Provide guidance and support to team members. * Resolve escalated client issues effectively and efficiently. * Maintain a long-term perspective in building client relationships. * Drive solutions and ensure clarity in communication with the team and clients.
