Role: Internal Communications Specialist Experience: 2-6 years Location: Ahmedabad Position overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to help support our internal communications efforts. In this role, he/she will assist in crafting engaging messages, design visually compelling creatives, coordinate communication campaigns, and helping bring our internal brand voice to life. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to ensure employees stay informed, inspired, and connected. Key Responsibilities: Support Internal Campaigns:Assist in executing internal communication plans that align with our values and goals. Content Development:Draft newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, and emails to share company updates and employee stories. Design visually engaging assets such as banners, infographics, email creatives, social media graphics and presentation decks to support these communications. Coordination with Teams:Collaborate with HR, Talent Branding, Marketing, and other departments to support internal events and initiatives with both messaging and visual content. Leadership Communications:Help prepare content and design supporting visuals for leadership messages, presentations, and events like town halls. Engagement Initiatives:Contribute to programs that drive employee engagement and highlight team successes, including designing campaign visuals and creative assets. Channel Management:Help manage content calendars, update internal channels, and support the production and visual design of multimedia content. Qualifications: Education:Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:2+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles—preferably in a tech or consulting environment. Skills: Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling and design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with internal communications tools (like email platforms, intranet, Canva, etc.) Organized, with good time management and project coordination skills Comfortable working with senior team members and supporting leadership communications Interest in multimedia formats (video, podcasts, etc.) is a plus Flexible and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
