Potential mapping of customers. Responsible for overall achievement of the defined Sales Target from the assigned customer base and consistent YoY Growth. Action plan to fulfil the budget vis-à-vis Gap analysis. Ensure for optimum usage of Forecast Management to build up Funnel for the defined Sales. Ensure overall and customer wise healthy order booking and pro-active actions. Customer and Point of Sale mapping under RH guidance for new accounts. Price realization from assigned customer base. Responsible for executing campaign, product launch & special schemes in their respective customer base. Lead generation, qualification, follow ups & closure. Rate contract and changes thereof, project/special pricing and sales terms and conditions. Strategic business / Project management and Coordination with respective BDH/BU. Customer feedback, survey and action.
