About the role:We are seeking aData Quality & Governance Analystto ensure theaccuracy,consistency, andreliabilityof organizational data. This role will overseedata entry, cleanup, CRM data quality, and validation processes, while also establishingdata governance frameworksand implementing data quality initiatives. The analyst will work closely with teams to enforce best practices, provide training, and ensure high-quality data supports business decisionsIn this role your key responsibilities will be:Data Quality Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and best practices to maintain high data integrity. Oversee data entry, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in our internal CRM Monitor and maintain CRM and Marketing data quality, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors. Conduct data audits and quality assessments to identify issues and areas for improvement. Support data enrichment by integrating information from multiple external sources. Data Governance Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to improve data management across Marketing department. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CRM system to ensure clarity and consistency. Team Support Develop and deliver training sessions on data quality and governance best practices. Provide Sales and Marketing teams with support on CRM-related data issues. Monitor record assignments to ensure proper data handling and ownership. Assist with compliance efforts related to data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR). Generate regular reports and provide insights on data quality metrics and areas for improvement.Essential skills/behaviours: Technical Skills: CRM & Marketing Data Knowledge – Experience working with CRM systems HubSpot and marketing data. Data Cleaning & Validation – Proficiency in data cleansing, validation, and enrichment techniques to ensure high data integrity. Data Analysis & Auditing – Ability to perform data audits, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions. Reporting & Metrics – Experience using BI (Power BI and Looker) and Excel to generate reports and track data quality metrics. Compliance & Security Awareness – Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations to support compliance efforts. Documentation & Process Management – Ability to create and maintain clear, structured documentation for data governance policies and CRM processes.Behavioural Competencies: Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to data accuracy, consistency, and problem-solving. Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess data trends, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements. Proactive Mindset – Takes initiative to identify issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve data processes. Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to work across teams, train stakeholders, and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. Problem-Solving – A logical thinker who can investigate root causes of data issues and implement effective solutions. Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Adaptability & Learning – Willingness to stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and evolving data regulations.Critical competencies: 2 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data management roles. Experience working with large datasets and data migration projects Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, governance principles, and best practices. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data management tools. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft data tools (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
