We are hiring full-time English teachers to runstory-based classroom sessions in partner schools acrossPondicherry . Teachers will use our curriculum, app, and journal activities to guide engaging, joyful learning.Responsibilities Deliver engagingStory Buddy sessions for Grades 4 to 7 , combiningstorytelling, classroom activities, group games, and creative expression tasks. Conduct4-5 sessionsdaily as part of a structured, outcome-based program designed to build language confidence and creativity in children. Facilitateend-to-end classroomexperiences — from storytelling and interactive learning to homework follow-up and student engagement tracking. Track participation and progress; support classroom management Work closely with training and curriculum teams for weekly planning Build relationships with parents and school coordinatorsQualifications Bachelor’s in English / Education / Child Development 1–2 years of classroom or activity-based teaching experience Confident English speakerwith clear communication Fluent inbasic Tami l (for classroom connection) Passionate aboutstories, teaching, and child engagement Willing to learn and take feedback positivelyWork Mode & Location: This is afull-time, in-person positionbased inPondicherry.Candidates who are not currently based in or around Pondicherryshould be open to relocation.Training Provided: 3-day onboarding training in Story Buddy methodology Weekly check-ins and mentoring from expertsSalary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)About Story Buddy: Story Buddy is an innovative language learning program designed for children aged 6–13.
