The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting sales teams, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience withCRM systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics, etc.) to streamline sales operations. Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Maintain andupdate CRM systemswith high accuracy, ensuring data integrity and timely input. Monitor sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly goals. Organize and facilitate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes recording. Assist in lead generation and qualification processes in coordination with the marketing team. Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client communication records.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales support or coordination roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using CRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
