As we continue to expand our network of premium venues and service partners, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in building and maintaining long-term relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: - Regularly meet with hotel and venue partners to build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships.- Vendor Coordination: - Interact with various event-related vendors, understand their services, and maintain updated records and rapport for future collaborations.- Property Documentation: - Create and maintain a detailed factsheet for each venue, including logistics, capacity, available services, restrictions, and suitability for different types of events.- Client Coordination: - Act as a bridge between the client, internal planning teams, and venue partners to ensure clarity on availability, pricing, and event-related requirements.- Market Intelligence: - Keep track of current offerings, pricing trends, seasonal availability, and competitive landscapes across hotel and event venue segments.Requirements:- 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or wedding planning. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel frequently and work beyond standard hours, as per client and operational requirements. - Strong organizational and documentation abilities. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of the local venue and hospitality landscape in the preferred city of employment.Preferred Backgrounds:- Candidates with prior experience in hotel sales or working with wedding/event planning agencies. - Local knowledge and existing relationships within the hospitality and events ecosystem will be a strong advantage.To Apply:Send your resume specifying your preferred location (Delhi, Mumbai, or Jaipur).To : pulkit@cc : shanu@
