Job Description

What you will be doing Act as a liaison between the sales team and the investment banking team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Assist the sales team in organizing and coordinating conferences, meetings, and events Communicate with corporate clients as needed to support sales activities and maintain strong relationships Facilitate corporate access by coordinating meetings and interactions between corporate clients and our investment banking team Ensure that all corporate access activities are well-organized and meet the needs of both the clients and the internal teams Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals Be adaptable and open to taking on additional responsibilities as the role evolves to include more areas of the business Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the teamWhat we’re looking for: Graduate/PG with 1+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator/ EA role from India brokerage firms / Investment Bank Entrepreneurial operator and an independent thinker Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and collaborative skills Ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide solutions
