The ideal candidate will also be responsible formanaging social media engagement , optimizing customer experiences, and driving overall business performance.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and implementgrowth strategiesto drive revenue across multiple outlets. Identify and acquirenew business opportunities , including corporate clients, partnerships, and event collaborations. Leadcontract negotiationsand close high-value deals to maximize profitability. Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto identify industry trends and customer preferences.Operations & Team Leadership Oversee and manageGeneral Managers, Restaurant Managers, and on-ground teams to ensure operational efficiency. Establish and enforceSOPs for restaurant operations , ensuring consistency in service and quality. Monitorrestaurant performance metrics , including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency. Work closely with theoperations teamto ensure smooth execution of agreements and service excellence.Branding & Social Media Management Collaborate with themarketing teamto create engaging campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Overseesocial media engagement , online reputation management, and digital marketing strategies. Implementcustomer engagement initiativesto improve brand loyalty and guest experiences.Financial & Performance Reporting Tracksales performance, operational KPIs, and customer insightsto drive informed decision-making. Prepare and presentreports, forecasts, and business updatesto senior management.Key Qualifications & Skills Proven experiencein F&B business development, operations, or multi-unit management. Strongteam leadership skills , with experience managing General Managers and Restaurant Managers. In-depth understanding ofrestaurant operations, customer service, and hospitality industry trends . Excellentnegotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Experience insocial media management, branding, and customer engagement strategies . Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational analytics tools . Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Why Join Us?
