Role : Cluster ManagerVertical : Sales FinanceBusiness Line : Consumer Durable (CD)Product : Consumer Durable (CD)Experience : 7 to 10 yearsLocation : SuratJob Role :- Managing business development of the Cluster for Consumer Durable business (CD). - Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers. - To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for TW Business. - Handling New business ties ups – Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity. - Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales team. - Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance. - Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team. - To Drive Consumer Loan business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers - To Organize & Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches. - Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume. - Managing Business productivity for TW Business for the Assigned Cluster. - Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal. - Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.Key Responsibilities :- Business Development - Operations Management - Client Servicing - Team Management - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Sales & ProfitabilityMandatory Skills :- Graduate/MBA with 7-10 years of experience (4-6 yrs of relevant exp) - Understanding of TW Business and its profit drivers - Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills – ability to hire/train
