They are translated in our business activity (ESG assessment, reporting, project management or IT activities), our work environment and in our responsible practices for environment protection.Responsibilities1) Assess risk events (i.e. Alerts), created by the Monitoring systems or created manually, to identify unusual customer behavior and escalate such unusual patterns for Analysis. Perform the assessment in accordance with the SOP procedure & Country Addendum. Processing of Alerts/cases should be within the turnaround time (TAT) and should adhere to the quality guidelines. 2) Share best practices with peers and support in creating an FCC Risk Management Culture of Excellence 3) Ensure Technology / Risk issues identified are reported and escalated to the Manager in a timely manner 4) Ensure regulatory requests received from country relating to AML are promptly attended 5) Complete all mandatory e- learning modules within stipulated timelines and attend trainings for which nominated 6) Uphold the values of the Group at all times 7) Assist the Associate Manager / Manager in BCP / DR testing in addition to taking appropriate measure for managing crisis situation 8) Assist the Manager in Service management of the surveillance service to the countriesProfile Required: Specific Role Requirements: 1 year to 3 years of experience German Language who can Read, Write & Speak is mandatory.
