The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities.Job Title:Marketing Specialist – Garments / Apparel IndustryQualifications Core Responsibilities:Develop and executechannel marketing strategiesto strengthen the distributor and dealer ecosystem. Plan and manageregional campaigns , in-store promotions, and trade schemes to boost secondary sales. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to identify and onboard new distribution partners in high-potential regions. Support MBOs and distributors withPOP material , branding assets, and product education. Conduct market visits, distributor meets, and promotional events to gather feedback and foster loyalty. Analyze regional sales data to identify growth trends, underperforming regions, and campaign ROI. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to develop and deliver effective Sales Training programs Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the apparel industryExperience : 15 years required in apparels Distribution networkRemuneration : Based on Qualification and experience , subject to mutual agreement.
