Manpower management, Partner management, Territory planning and ensuring field hygiene. Developing and managing an efficient distribution network as per Sales distribution strategy to improve sales performance. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area. Monitoring adherence to sales systems and processes at area level.
