This approach not only ensures competitive pricing but also enhances efficiency and transparency in the supply chain.Role Overview We are hiring aProduct Internto join our team with a focus on driving product development, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the strategic growth of our platform. This is a high-impact role that offers hands-on experience in building and iterating tech-enabled solutions, understanding user needs, and aligning product features with business goals in a fast-scaling startup.What You’ll Work On Product Development & Feature Design:Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams (design, tech, operations) to ideate, define, and prioritize product features that enhance user experience and drive platform adoption. User Research & Insights:Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and perform market research to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the platform for architects, designers, contractors, and enterprises. Data-Driven Decision Making:Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to derive actionable insights, support feature prioritization, and measure the impact of product changes. Process Documentation & Roadmapping:Create clear, structured documentation for product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications, while assisting in maintaining product roadmaps and timelines. Prototyping & Testing:Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, or mockups, and participate in usability testing to validate product ideas and ensure intuitive user experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, aligning with business objectives and operational capabilities.Who We’re Looking For We are seeking aspirational, high-energy individuals who are passionate about building products that solve real-world problems and drive business impact. Individuals from Tier-1 institutions with a strong academic foundation. Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel/Google Sheets for deriving insights. A proactive, getting-things-done attitude, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion in fast-paced settings. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions. Strong documentation skills, capable of creating clear, concise, and structured product requirements, user stories, or process documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas, present insights, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
