The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience in crafting compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging designs that reflect our brand and support our marketing and product goals. Key Responsibilities: ·Design high-qualitysocial media creativesacross platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) ·Developad creativesfor paid media campaigns (static, carousel, motion/animations) ·Create attractive and functionalpackaging designsin line with brand identity ·Design compellingmarketplace creatives(Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) including A+ content, product listings, and banners ·Producewebsite bannersand other on-site visual elements that drive engagement and conversions ·Maintain brand consistency across all visual content ·Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand campaign objectives ·Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques ·Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Requirements: ·Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related role ·Proficiency in design tools such asAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma(or similar) ·Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, especially in digital design ·Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory ·Ability to adapt designs for various formats and platforms ·Excellent attention to detail and time management skills ·Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: ·Experience inmotion graphicsor basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus ·Prior experience working withe-commerceorD2C brandsis an advantage Other Benefits ·Medical coverage ·5 day work week
