If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first role and understands how to turn a client brief into a successful project—read on.Key Responsibilities- Act as the key point of contact between Trzy and its clients—owning relationships end-to-end - New buisness development and getting new corporate clients on board - Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic proposals - Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and expectations for each project - Liaise with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution - Anticipate client needs, solve problems quickly, and ensure overall client satisfaction - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Keep project documentation, reports, and follow-ups updated and organizedWhat We’re Looking For- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing within the events, media, or advertising space - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) - Proven experience managing multiple clients and fast-moving projects - A knack for handling high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise - Good understanding of event execution, film marketing, or brand activations is a plus - Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-drivenBonus Points- Experience working on film promotions, celebrity events, or media campaigns - Exposure to both B2B and B2C client management - Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, project trackers, and CRMsPerks & Culture- Work with some of the biggest names in film and entertainment - A collaborative, creative team where no two days are the same - Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling agency - Networking access to talent, industry leaders, and premium events - Competitive salary based on experience
