Job Summary: Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting activities related to vessel operations. This includes processing invoices, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as vessel owners, managers, suppliers, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Responsibilities Preparation of monthly journals after performing month end activities for the vessels assigned. Responsible for invoicing, Preparing financial accounts, cash flow statements, and budget variance reports. Responsible for all tax compliances and timely filing of all return relating to the taxes Co-ordinate with Operational team to resolve Owners’ queries. Ensure that all MIS reports are submitted with accuracy as per the deadlines.Qualifications CA Inter qualification is mandatory. Good communication skills in English language both oral and written. Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
