Job Description:● Will report to the sales manager● Oversee day-to-day execution of sales targets and activities of the sales Teams.Roles & Responsibilities:● Monitor activities of members for the achievement of sales targets on a day-to-day basis.● Conduct training and review sessions of sales executives, deputy team leader & team leader.● Negotiate with the customers for the closure of sales.● Furnish reports to the sales manager at a regular interval● Participate in pricing strategy and sales offer planning.Eligibility Criteria:● Graduate in any subject from a recognised University● MBA in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management preferred.● About 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with premium or luxury segment projects.● Proven experience in leading sales teams and handling project-based sales targets.● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
