The company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT.About the Role:As a Program Manager in the Founder’s office you will contribute extensively in the strategic planning of key business verticals and partner with CXOs, VPs and verticals head to ensure the execution of the set targets and KPIs.Primary Responsibilities:• Assist the founder in identifying key business opportunities and planning their execution • Work closely with various teams driving their KPIs and tracking the health of the business on daily basis • To come up with solutions to key business problems and extensively to work for process improvements • Research on market size, business opportunities and industries to build depth in day to day communications • Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads • Should be able to run the special projects which can create impact and handover to business to run at scale • Should be able to get work done from all the respective stakeholders and meet the deadlines • Strategic Mindset with a deep understanding of P&L managementSkills & Qualifications:• 3-6 years of work experience; UG/MBA from a top-tier college • Strong analytical skills and orientation towards building scalable processes • Outcome oriented with a problem-solving attitude • Entrepreneurial mindset to manage multiple work streams at the same time • High ownership, drive and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines • Comfortable in fast paced and demanding work environments
