Job Description

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive specification for high-performance glass and window solutions • Identify and penetrate new markets, segments, and geographies to expand the business footprint. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop a competitive positioning strategy. • Independently manage major key influencer accounts (Assigned Architect, Govt and consultants) • Identify the key people within accounts who influence glass specification/purchase and build strong relationships with them • Identify the key external stakeholders which are associated with the project and help sales team in better conversion • Identify the key people within key external influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them • Implement key account management process with the targeted key influencer account • Understand the project decision making and ensure that all support is provided to sales team for the order closure • Support sales team in the closure of the project by supporting from key influencer side • Ensure unique specification to create the differentiation to get better price realization. • Ensure better NPS from the assigned customer • Seek customer feedback and facilitate redressal of any complaints/ issues during project execution • Undertake defined customer engagement activity • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, façade consultants, developers, contractors, and fabricators. • Lead high-value sales negotiations and long-term business contracts with major clients. • Drive key account management strategies to strengthen partnerships and increase sales conversions. • Collaborate with D&D and PM teams to align product offerings with market demands and sustainability goals.. • Provide market insights and feedback to enhance high-performance glass and window solutions based on industry requirements. • Work closely with marketing teams to position products effectively and create demand generation campaigns. • Establish strategic partnership with govt bodies and policy makers. • Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and green building summits to promote high-performance glass solutions. • Engage with regulatory bodies and sustainability initiatives to align product offerings with green building standards. • Lead and mentor a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve revenue targets. • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous learning and improvement. • Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and result-driven performance.
