Job Title:SharePoint Migration Specialist Experience:5 to 8 Years Location:Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Shift Timing:5:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Flexible with any shift)Job Summary: We are looking for an experiencedSharePoint Migration Specialistwith 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, migration tools like ShareGate, and workflow migration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing SharePoint environments and transitioning workflows from Nintex and SharePoint Designer to Power Automate. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end SharePoint migrations to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or equivalent. Analyze, plan, and optimize SharePoint Online environments for performance, usability, and governance. Migrate existing Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide migration support. Develop documentation and migration plans and ensure successful validation post-migration. Implement best practices for SharePoint Online architecture, security, and administration. Required Skills: Strong experience inSharePoint Onlineand related optimization techniques. Expertise withShareGateor similar SharePoint migration tools. Proven experience inmigrating workflowsfromNintexandSharePoint DesignertoPower Automate. Ability to analyze legacy SharePoint solutions and design optimal modern equivalents. Solid understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and permissions. Good to Have: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform. Knowledge of PowerApps and broader Office 365 ecosystem. Work Conditions: Willingness to work inevening/night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST). Flexibility to adapt to project timelines and coordination with global teams.
