Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Counsellors and Tele Marketers, located in Ahmedabad. The key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about the university’s courses and programs, managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining student records, and following up on inquiries. The role also involves supporting the admissions team with various administrative tasks and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Counselling and Telemarketing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective record-keeping and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Understanding of higher education systems and student recruitment processes is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
