Opportunity to work onend-to-end product development , from concept to production.Key Responsibilities: Circuit Design:Design and develop robust schematics for consumer electronics, focusing on power electronics, motor drives, and high-speed data designs. PCB Design:Perform high-quality PCB design and layout, ensuring signal integrity, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Power Electronics:Design AC/DC and DC/DC converters (Flyback, LLC, LCC, CLL topologies), power factor correction circuits, and ripple-reduction filters. Motor Control:Work on the design and implementation of MOSFET drivers, BLDC/PMSM/Induction motor drivers, and related power circuitry. Signal Integrity:Ensure proper signal integrity for high-speed data transmission, filtering, and noise reduction in designs. Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: oCreate and manage detailedEngineering Bill of Materials (EBOM)for new product designs. oValue Engineering:Optimize component selection to balance performance, reliability, and cost. oHandleEnd-of-Life (EOL) component replacementsby identifying alternative parts and revising designs to accommodate changes. oCollaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensurecost-effective and readily available components . Design for Manufacturing:Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs meet production and cost targets while maintaining quality and reliability. Testing & Debugging:Conduct hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designs to ensure functional, reliable, and safe products. Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry standards, including RoHS, and support documentation and certification processes.Desired Skills & Expertise: Strong foundation in basic electronics : Circuit design techniques, digital logic designs, Transistors, MOSFET, IGBTs, based switching / driver designs. Power Electronics Fundamentals : Experience with Flyback topology, LLC, LCC, CLL, power transformers, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, power factor correction, and filters. Motor Control : Design expertise for BLDC/PMSM/DC/Induction motors. RF Design (added advantage):Experience in Antenna design (WiFi, Bluetooth, Sub-GHz). Microcontroller/Microprocessor Design:Strong understanding ofmicrocontrollers ,microprocessors , andmemory devices . Power Management & Low Power Design:Experience withsleep-wakeup designsforreducing current consumptionin the product. Communication Interfaces & Protocols:In-depth knowledge ofI2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LINprotocols andhardware diagnostic techniques . Simulation Tools:Experience with simulation of analog and power circuits using tools such asLTSpice ,QSpice , or similar SPICE-based circuit simulation platforms. Schematic Capture, PCB Design & Layout : Hands-on experience with CAD tools (e.g., Altium (Highly preferred), Fusion, KiCad) BOM & Value Engineering:Experience in creating and managing detailed EBOMs, optimizing components, and managing EOL replacements. Signal Integrity : Understanding of high-speed data designs, signal integrity, and EMC/EMI mitigation techniques. Experience withtesting and debugging hardwareusing oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment. Knowledge of Safety & Compliance : Familiarity with international standards such as RoHS, UL, CE, FCC, and others. Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work bothindependentlyand as part of a cross-functional team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degreein Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experiencein electronics schematic design & analysis, Schematic Capture, PCB Layout design, and signal integrity Experience withBOM management, value engineering, and EOL replacements .
