McDonald’s has undertaken Global People Modernization and is using SAP Success Factors together with a Service Now Employee Engagement Platform to transform people practices in over 20 McDonald’s markets and global offices. Supporting this journey is a team of dedicated technical and functional solutions experts delivering fixes and enhancements at break-neck speed using Agile methodologies. We are searching for an Integrations Developer who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront. The Integrations Developer will report to the Data Integrations Manager. The successful candidate will have top-notch data integrations technical and architecture skills. The integrations developer will have experience integrating applications built on SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and SAP Business Technology Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating global HR applications. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Support and develop data integrations for Global People applications. Follow ITIL processes for ticket management, resolution and problem recognition. Use integration monitoring tools and dashboards to recognize and respond to integrations errors.Education, Work Experience & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 3+ years of CPI and BTP Development experience, which includes design and development of CPI integration iflows. Experience supporting a global HR application highly desired. Ability to work within defined process and governance structures. Experience working in a product centric, Agile Team. Must be familiar with Agile methodologies. Understanding of ITIL processes. Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical team members.Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory. Understanding of HR applications like Employee Central, recruitment, learning and payroll is critical for this role. Experience with configuring Hana DB within BTP. SAP Data Integration Architecture & Tools, BTP, API, REST, Inbound and Outbound, XML, JSON, HTTP, EDI, Encryption, Groovy, Secure File Transfer Protocol, SOAP, HANA Experience with SAP BTP’s security artifacts (encryption, decryption, SSH keys, OAUTH 2.0) Experience with EDI integrations, API management Experience with Event Mesh and Advanced Event Mesh is desired SAP ABAP experience is nice to have.Preferred Qualifications: UI5 programming experience is desired. Experience integrating SAP People solutions with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
