Sourcing Candidates:Actively search for and attract top talent usingjob portals, professional networks, and direct outreach. Screening & Shortlisting:Conductresume reviews and initial screening interviewsto evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Final Interviews:Schedule and conductfinal-round interviewsin coordination with department heads and senior management. Salary Negotiations:Leadsalary discussions and package finalizationaligned with institutional policies. Hiring & Onboarding Process Documentation & Compliance:Ensure selected candidatessign employment contracts, policy agreements, and institutional HR documentsbefore joining. Background Verification:Overseereference checksand ensure candidates meet all necessary compliance requirements. Onboarding:Conductorientation sessionsand ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.Secondary Responsibilities Employee Relations:Support in resolving basic employee concerns and maintaining a positive workplace culture. HR Policies & Compliance:Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. Performance Tracking:Maintainhiring and onboarding metricsfor reporting and process improvement. ERP Management:UtilizeMyClassboard ERPto maintainemployee records, offer letters, and contracts.Key Requirements ✅Experience:Minimum8 yearsin HR, with a strong background inrecruitment and hiring processes. ✅Qualification:MBA in HR or an equivalent degree. ✅Industry Preference:Prior experience in theeducation sector (schools/colleges)is a plus. ✅Skills & Competencies: Expertise inend-to-end recruitment, job portals, and sourcing.
