Description TPRG Fragrances Pvt Ltd. (GN 1917) is a century year old company pioneering in manufacturing of pooja products and fragrance components. We are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining and building relationships with key customers. The role will also involve working closely with other teams, including product development, production, and logistics, to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.Responsibilities Developing Marketing Strategies with overall business objectives. Campaign planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve specific goals. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual representation across all marketing materials and channels. Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as sales, product development, and design) to align marketing strategies with overall business strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to maximise ROI.Requirements Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Fluency in English, Tamil, Hindi with additional languages being an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights from marketing metrics and analytics.
