Job Description

- Own and deliver state-level sales targets for both Government (EPC) and Private Sales. - Identify high-potential districts and drive market expansion strategies. - Build, develop, and manage a strong dealer and channel partner network. - Ensure high conversion rates of leads through effective dealer engagement. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments and DISCOMs. - Track and pursue business opportunities under government solar pump schemes. - Lead and mentor the state sales team; conduct regular performance reviews. - Drive timely collections and monitor dealer payment discipline. - Maintain up-to-date MIS and reporting on sales performance and pipeline. - Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and statutory norms.
