This role requires a professional with experience in business development, who can effectively develop and execute sales, contract management while effectively managing the customer relationships to ensure the business unit’s objective are efficiently met.Key Responsibilities of Role• Identifying and Interacting with the potential customers • Promote MRO services and make customers aware of the capabilities of the organization • Study and analyze the RFQ/RFPs and prepare the responses • Work with various stakeholders to understand the resource requirements and the cost impacts • Compile inputs from various stakeholders and translate them into pricing models and prepare techno-commercial proposals. • Addressing queries from the customers to their satisfaction. • Provide the industry inputs to the management for the introduction of new capabilities or development of existing capabilities • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the customers. • Contributing to the development of long-term business and sales strategies • Representing the company at industry events and conferencesQualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. • MBA from a premium institute. • Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field. • Proven experience in managing business development functions. • Proposal and contract management • Customer relationship management. • Good industry knowledge of MRO. • Proposal and contract management. • Analytical and presentation skills.
