Relationship Manager Thane, MumbaiWe are hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing national-level digital platform that is transforming how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) access working capital. Their technology-driven ecosystem enables seamless financing of receivables by connecting buyers, sellers, and financiers through a transparent and efficient digital infrastructure, fully aligned with regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Drive Business Growth: Identify and acquire high-quality corporate clients, contributing to the platform’s expansion and revenue objectives.Client Prospecting: Use direct outreach, networking, and strategic research to build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.Market Strategy Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across assigned regions and industry verticals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and issue resolution.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Who You Are :Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.Education: Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.Preferred Background: Experience in Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, NBFCs, or related industries.What You Bring-Solid understanding of invoice financing and bill of exchange (BOE) discounting processes.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets in a dynamic environment.
